It seems you make a lot of presumtions about people living in America that haven't gotten their legal residency finalized yet.
Legal citizenship is a matter of PAPERWORK.
You and I agree about people becoming legal citizens but there are millions of hard working law abiding people in America that are in limbo and don't deserve to be treated like criminals when they have no criminal history and have been doing things legally here in America for a years and have family here.
