Mostly everything is made in Mexico. This is what puzzles me about the illegals wanting to come to the United States. Most of the manufacturing is there in Mexico - Why are they coming to the States were the jobs are at a minimum - and you're going to be arrested and lose custody of your kids. I don't get it.

Tom, you peddle porn as most do here. I lease properties for adult filming. We are on two separate ends of the adult industry.

If you've taken notice, a majority of my properties are in university towns. Sometimes there is a demand for adult filming in university towns - sometimes there is not.

Sometimes the university chooses to lease the property for filming, lets say 'Off campus college life' - sometimes not.
I can't count on it -
One thing I can count on is September to May student rentals.
(Where I make a killing - Especially foreign exchange)
No matter which way the coin flips, the property is always rented one way or another.

You on the other hand have to scratch and claw for every thing you earn. That scratching and clawing passion is going to get real old one day- then what do you have ?

Nobody cares about you - You'll be another webmaster that's thrown in the towel.
Couple of years later, you'll be sitting on a dusty tree stump with a Go Fund Me Page.
