so who decides what hate speech is? Now they just slap the hate speech label on someone they want to silence. Which is highly selective and a highly questionable form of censorship. Which goes against any western society that has freedom of speech as one of the most important laws and cornerstones of said society.

But because these are corporations, they can make the rules. Whether it is a totalitarian type of rule aimed to silence particular points of view because they want to push a one sided echo chamber doesn't matter, because they can do what they want. That doesn't make it any less disgusting, scary and dictatorial though.
