Give me an actual example of him inciting violence please, the man made tons of videos so you must have an actual example video of him literally drumming up people to be actively violent. You didn't do that in the above situations you generally outlined - however crazy his stories might be he doesn't incite violence. There's always crazy people listening and interpreting things crazy - hence they're crazy.
For example celebrities who are always in the media. People watch them daily, and some weirdos think they have a real connection with these celebs and stalk them. Are these celebrities inciting stalking?
