So during the Kenneth Star investigation against the Clinton's in the 90's Trump's SC pick argued that Bill Clinton should be impeached because he supposedly told a witness to lie and also lied to the country himself. Brett Kavanaugh called that obstruction of justice..


Fast forward to now...


Trump has twice directed his own lawyer to lie to the American public. His lawyer is now a witness in the Muller investigation and Trump has used him to lie about 2 key issues related to that criminal investigation. This is obstruction of justice because he was lying about a ongoing criminal investigation.

1st was he lied to his lawyer had him go on national TV stating that the Trump tower meeting was about adopting kids in Russia not dirt on Hillary. This is obviously proven to be a lie and Trump has admitted as much.

The second time was when he had the same lawyer go on national TV and claim Trump had nothing to do with writing the press release about active criminal investigation revolving around Trump Jr. This has also been proven to be a lie as it's been proven Trump ghostwrote that press release which was obvious by the wording..


Meaning Trump's own Supreme Court justice pick has argued that Trump's actions should be cause impeachment..
