I love this statement. First you say "If I own property in Cali" and in the next statement you're stating the outrageous property insurance / Homeowners Insurance.
Let me enlighten you. I pay over $800 in general / basic bare bones home owners insurance on my Thousand Oaks property.
Add a additional $400 for fire insurance -
Read the policies fine print. Do not make the mistake to think you're fully covered under sweeping forest fires.
Shall we discuss mud slides ?
Or some schmuck thinking being injured on your property will give him or her a legitimate law suit. The additional home owners umbrella policy cost to protect my assists is beyond insane in California.
Beginning to see the picture ? - Fire engulfs Thousand Oaks, Let it burn !
The wife and I will not lose a moments sleep.
Burnt to the ground, we'd still be earning a 4% profit margin.
Only in America!
