(wŭn hŭng lō)
(Anatomy) A medical term for an abnormally small penis, also referred to as a micropenis or microphallus. The testicles appear to hang lower with those suffering from this condition. When it is observed in the newborn, the nurse examines the child for other signs of ambiguous genitalia and if a micropenis is observed the male is documented as a "OneHungLo"
