To me, still not a big issues. There is a big difference between registered voters and people who actually vote. Many places have voter rolls that are very out of date.
It's all about who actually votes.
Of course, all of this could be easily solved if every state did as my state dose and voted by mail, but that is not going to happen anytime soon.
