I can't attach it to PayPal. Altho paxum says there shouldn't be a problem.
My guess is the cards are issued by some shitty bank that's blacklisted pretty much everywhere.
But it works online for funding NameCheap account.
P.S.
Don't forget to load the money to the card from your main paxum account.
