But what IS treason, is top Democrats hiring a foreign spy to get fake dirt on a presidential candidate (from the Russians) and then using the fake info to lie to FISA judges to fraudulently obtain a warrant to spy on the campaign. All of this to try to influence the outcome of the election. All of this is criminal.
