Nothing about it is specific to me, I've talked to dozens of other CB white label owners who migrated their white labels to https and their naked https domain does not resolve and their traffic numbers dropped after the migration.
I do agree with you that it shouldn't affect previous members and so far spends seem similar as before the migration. I also agree with you that since I'm not promoting the naked https domain there should be little interference to my promotion.
I guess I just like to make sure everything is covered and wondered why a program that is migrating thousands of domains over to https, wouldn't have a solution to cover the naked domain.Comment

I brought up a few months ago, that every time I paste'd a link to a Chaturbate room, or even typed the word Chaturbate in a post or DM on Facebook... Facebook would either pop up a warning that the url was dangerous and would not allow it, or then spell "chaturbate" as "masturbate"!
All of that has changed.

Lately, like many of you, I've had a perplexing lack of signups/sales and lesser traffic than I should be getting, based on history. I was not aware that CTB had modified their affiliate links on the Linking Codes page until I saw it mentioned here.
A lot of my affiliate links are hard-coded. I checked what I'd coded a few months ago against the updated affiliate links. I found subtle differences in the new links. I think its probably best to be sending clicks to CTB using link codes in the syntax their server is expecting. So I painstakingly recoded everything, being careful to copy/paste the full link instead of only adding the obvious "signup_notice=1".
It may not be necessary to do this. I can't say that the old links don't work as intended. But on the other hand I don't want to leave things to chance, I don't to play with my income. So I took the time just now to make all the changes and to get everything up to par.
If I notice an earth-shattering jump in stats/numbers, I'll let y'all know.Keeping you abreast of the teens that get undressed.

As a follow-up to my earlier post, FWIW. After having updated all my non-API links to match Chaturbate's current linking codes, my uniques have increased an average of 14% and raw hits have increased an average of 10%. And I got a signup the same day, after 9 days (!) of no signups.
Having said that, it could all be complete chance, luck of the draw, and have nothing whatsoever to do with whether the links have been updated. It could be Google fucking around with their algorithms, or who knows.
But no complaints. My latest payouts have been the biggest ever (for a small-time like me) and they keep increasing. Fingers crossed that this trend continues.Keeping you abreast of the teens that get undressed.
