same here - i paid for the "express service" in june already after my first card (announced to be send in march) "got lost" (what NEVER has happend before with any shipment).

meanwhile i have transfered the most of the money to my bank account and the costs for that would be enough for a nice 2 weeks holidays in the Caribbean because I had to exchange the money in Euro on a ugly rate plus transfer costs like hell.
