Manafort started with Trump via the RNC as a volunteer earlier on..
But, there's a bit of discrepancy as far as his leading role... Because Corey Lewandowski wasn't officially fired until June 20th... Who was actual campaign manager.. And Manafort left August 19th.. But Lewandowski claims Manafort was "running shit" around a month before..
Honestly it is what it appears.. Manafort was inserted into the campaign.. Forced Lewandowski out and took control.. As soon as he was in control the charges began flying.
