Both at the same time, because not only will the $1 a pop strike a cord with the most casual of users that really only wants to see ONE PARTICULAR video (and it will save him searching elsewhere for it illegally) but also it will subconsciously sell the FANTASTIC VALUE of paying $30 and being able to watch all of them as often as they like.
I cant say Ive seen a site that offers both at the same time, so I say go ahead, why not - It's a great idea
