Perhaps where you live it's 80% - Not in the Tri State area of Philly / NJ / NY. Blacks control a large % of the drugs / the murders / the robberies / car jacking and home invasions.
On Halloween the blacks and spanish travel from the crime infested city and trick or treat around here. They're afraid to walk their own neighborhood.
