A city in Holland did a test where they would make job applications anonymous, to counter discrimination against for example a foreign name (read: Arab name).
So now they could only pick candidates for jobs at the city solely by skill, without any prejudice... Finally equal opportunities for all!
Of the 36 applicants who were accepted, 1 turned out to have a foreign name... So now they stopped the test because only white people got jobs... Never mind that the system was 100% fair - this outcome was not desired!
So what do we learn?
- People with foreign names are not discriminated against, but are preferred over people with Dutch names when job applications are not anonymous, disregarding skill.
- The desire wasn't equality, otherwise they would have adopted this system for years to come.
- They rather prefer discrimination against Dutch people instead of getting the person for the job with the best skills for that job
Another great example how the minds work of the diversity screaming racists
