Who is this "They"? The people that conducted the test? Weren't they native Dutch? Also, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who DOESN'T hire on skill alone. Depending on the job, I'll have loads of other criteria that affects who I hire.
"They" are the civil servants who do the hiring for other civil servant jobs at the municipality (is that the correct word?). Around here government bodies all obey the "politically correct" agenda the leaders in the western world are pushing. It doesn't matter what color or nationality they have, they're slaves of this agenda where diversity and illogical political correct extremism is a priority, and everything rational is demoted to a pesky side issue.
