The juror has said the evidence was overwhelming that he was guilty but for some unknown reason one juror wouldn't accept the evidence no matter how many times it was laid out in front of them..

The good news is the judge can take into account Manorts guilt on the other counts with a standard less than readonable doubt and he can add to his time during sentencing based on that probability. I forget what the term is, but it's good news
