everywhere its been done it works, but you have to be prepared for the short term surge in use....itll go sky high then slowly taper for about 5 to 8 years then itll fall way below current levels and stay down....its the real common sense approach spend the money on rehab instead of interdiction, take the money out of the hands of organized crime...the problem is that the US economy tied to the war on drugs is HUGE and removing that money and those jobs is something our government just isnt going to do the government makes so much money off of keeping drugs illegal...freedom my ass
