'Pay per Video' - I think about this, because I see that near half of members start with 1 day Trial membership. Most of them have 'Expired' status after Trial ends. Seems to be such users are lost for site. 'Pay per Video' more loyal scheme.

Everything is content led. If it's not good members will only want a quick view to find out. If it's good and varied members will want a month to enjoy.
Asking what payment is best is irrelevant until the quality of the goods is established.
