Another question that pops to mind - if UK can identify it... wouldn't that suggest they have such toxin as well?
One may not want to speculate (although pretty much all the mass media do and on a daily basis, with zero evidence).

But besides the fact that there's at least 150 ways to kill somebody that are about 1000 times less visible and identifiable then gassing a half of the public park in the process.

What would be even more absurd is that anybody who has any position of power in a secret service that should be the successor to KGB would ever approve such an insanely ill fated deed in the first place.
