Russian billionaire bought huge mansion in Florida that he never used. Price was over inflated by 4 times. Now that he cleared the money, he tore it down and cut the land in 3 pieces. Trump made 400% return on it and people speculate that he returned half of that money under the table. Helped Russian mafia to clear dirty money.
