this guy is a big deal. he's directly tied to kilimnik and cambridge anallytica. and let's not forget the issues that were raised when the trump inaugural committee raised $100 million +. the charge is trivial sure, but apparently it's not even the big charge hanging over his head, thus the plea deal. lastly, the senate intel committee referred him the mueller for investigation. he funneled $50k to the trump inaugural slush fund.
that all means he's a big deal imo.
