in my country she would not have been shot...it is very rare for police to shoot somebody and you have to be shooting back at them...a woman with a gun would not get shot here 100% before she opened fire first and even then if nobody is in danger the police hide and let her run out of ammo...not because they are not capable of taking her out with a rifle, but simply because many of these situations can be resolved without bloodshed and just holding a gun without shooting it will not void your human rights in my 3rd world shit hole...
