Police are called to assist medical services, who has medical issues because she's being combative and uncooperative with medics who are attempting to render aid. Meaning there were other people in the room and their safety as well to think about.
Police are attempting to talk to her, she makes a move for a pistol, picks it up and points it at them and they instantly shoot (there are others in the room to protect as well). It's not too fucking difficult to guess that she was likely threatening to kill them in the process.
Somehow they police have "an attitude problem" in dealing with an armed woman threatening others, including non-police officers.... Because a German and a Russian say it's so.
