In fact, i knew the head of a police department in St Pete and he had something like 12 radar guns to give cops. They had to pay him 350.00 USD for the right to take it for the day because it was basically a little money printer.

The funny thing is that you don't really believe anything you are saying. You're just talking shit and trolling. I was last in Russia in 2007... but i seriously doubt that it went from being a lawless shit hole where money rules to the day and where everyone is corrupt to suddenly being a shining light of hope and honesty.
