but Japan is such another country and culture that you canīt really compare those 2 economies. away from that Japan would never get the silly idea to fight a trade war.
and the other 2 countries would be already bankrupt without help from the EU.

sure - the united states are a big market - local and worldwide.
one of the reasons for that is that americans live from credit cards.
so people can easier buy when they want instead buy when they can.
but this is an american problem and has nothing to do with the people that sell
their goods there. but sure - it is used to make business from all - same as everybody is using the individual advantages of export markets.

all countries dept together in the whole world is at this moment on 71 trillion dollars - the US part of that is nearly 22 trillion or exactly the military spendings of the last 25 years. 22 trillion is near to a third of the whole world dept made by a country what has less than 4% of the world population !!!

once you take a close look at america's economic system, you'll see how paradoxical trump acts.

america builds on the philosophy that where there are rich also the poor have work and bread. and therefore one does everything to make it right for the rich.
basically modern slavery.

the prosperity the average american feels is not the high quality 100 meter yacht but goods that are produced with even cheaper working people in the third world.

if trump believes that these cheap laborers are damaging america, he is wrong, because he is not only taking away the income base of these potential buyers of american goods, but is also making the lives of american workers more expensive.

so if all these goods are produced in america at "humane wages", then less of them will inevitably be produced. less production requires fewer employees and that
creates the unemployed who have to survive in an even more expensive country.

If you think this thought to end then you come to 2 possible answers:

1. trump is as dumb as straw and cannot estimate all this
or
2. trump wants to turn america into its own china in which people exchange their brains for patriotism and do not question or criticize anything. an america without free media and without google in which the truth about him can be found.

all this can be found 1 to 1 in the history books all around the world.
every dictatorship started exactly like this.
