Actually, I looked and there is a poll that just came out today.

This is a poll mostly for the Florida governor's race but it has a couple of questions about Trump in there. In one of them it asks if they approve of the job Trump is doing and it says 54% of Hispanics do approve.

It might be accurate, it might not. Trump got about 35% of the Hispanic vote in 2016 so I would guess it is closer to that, but maybe not.
