thanks for the link im just a little unclear

So here is the email i got

This email confirms that [email protected] Paxum Inc has purchased your invoice #212910, issued to [email protected]
Payment Details
Transaction Number: 62590549
Transaction Date: 2018-09-10 15:30:46
Purchase Price: xxx.00 USD
Invoice Details: exchange
Sincerely,
paxum.com team

The service is provided pursuant to Paxum Factoring Terms of Use.

based on the link provided by denny its my understanding paxum bought this invoice from xxxx and gave him the money for it. Which he then sent the money to me under "factoring". Now if he did a fraudulent Sale or intentionally provided false or misleading information to Paxum, the Sale, the Claim or the Assignment of Claim, (in regards to his Customer he invoiced). And paxum finds him to have done something fraudulent does that mean they/paxum could reverse the payment i have received from him at a later time?

i just want to make sure if i send him pay pal for this paxum money im not at risk later for paxum taking the money back if he did something wrong or fradulant?

I hope that makes sense, thanks for you help!
