Once once have I not been paid, when I was working for a small company called Pink Star Cash - a solo girl program. The company was owned by a 75 year old Vietnam vet, and had one other employee other than me. He went into the hospital for an operation and was never heard from again. I never got paid, the hosting stayed on line, and eventually one by one the domain names expired.
