I've never actually had Visa shut anyone down, but I've gotten a number of the file lockers that now remove our files on the first dmca notice, after including them in the cc so they saw what was going on with their billing
So it's not a direct win of getting them shut down, but they definitely didn't want to find out if Visa would actually shut them down, so the files came down, and thus Visa closed the cases that I have opened!
