So you saying Khan didn't realise he would be unable to represent any one in the USA, and he trusted Moussaoui ( an evaluated mental case ) to file it for him in an American court?.
must of been a dumb lawyer huh.. Note the document doesn't have Khan on the receivers list, note that it was filed by.. Moussaoui the defendant who was representing himself

And when you read it Moussaoui wasn't after representation but wanted Khan to dig up dirt on Atif Ahmed, in the UK... BECAUSE KHAN HAD PERSUED HIM FOR BEING A RADICAL. part of Moussaoui's defence was that Atif Ahmed had radicalized him.
