Clearly Puerto Rican people in need or government officials couldn't be expected to run through the swarms of armed surveillance drones, the mine fields, the electric fences, the machine gun placements and sniper nests and the armored tank division to get to that water and give it to anyone that wants it, so that they can survive. I mean really,... what could they be expected to do? Just grab water and distribute it to those in desperate need?
That's insane.
Oh... the article has an excuse for their ineptitude and apathy.. apparently unidentified locals made an unverified, unsubstantiated claim, saying "it tasted bad". Because as we all know, nothing rots faster than bottled water.
