Hi,

I don't know if anyone can help me but I am trying to call a form from a website from a different website.
The plugin gives shortcodes but not URL's.

They look something like this.
[plugin name service="x"]

I did see something like this example.com/pluginname?service=1
which seems to call the form but I don't know how to use it on a page.
