We did a similar thing in our local toilets that had been redecorated recently. In Fact, I need to update my thread about it. In essence, we blocked the drainage pipe from 4 urinals but filling it with hamster bedding that expands and blocks the pipe, then it all backed up and overflowed. I'll go into more detail when I update my thread.
