I am talking about citizens taking justice in to their own hands...why rely on cops at all...if the police fails you, you have the right to protect yourself...I argue that if some normal citizen, with a job and family, was to shoot a violent criminal, then who cares? give the guy a medal...
there should at least be a system where violent criminals become "semi fair" game....this means the more violent crimes he has, the less time anybody would do for killing him...for example if he killed 5 people the person who kills him gets like 1 month in jail...fuck him...
