If one has a need to count calories then they should not be eating fruit because it is full of fructose...its as simple as that...why trade 1 minute of "pleasure" while you eat sugar, in exchange for your overall health?
The most disciplined person I know got to 2% body fat with a trick method tho...she loves chocolate but can not eat it while prepping for a competition...she stuffs her mouth full of chocolate and then chews it and spits it out after like 20 seconds...then rinses her mouth with water like 5x so as not to consume a single calorie from it...it works wonders for her...
