I differ on that, to me that's what's been happening, as criminal's steal original content and profit from it while hiding behind antiquated laws that protect them.

The sooner we have a system of "you host it, you're are liable for it" the better.

All these big company's show in their profit margins is they have more than enough resources to police their own links and content, self, user uploaded or automated.
