this is not true...fruit is in season only 1x/year and commercial production did not exist...we had limited access to a limited number of fruits and none of it was a staple in our diet...
fruit is sweet for a reason...fructose...it makes animals want to eat the fruit and spread the seeds through their droppings...fruit is almost like a trap...if you want nutrients, veggies have more...but fruit is sweet...

I think one dies at 4% if it is kept long term...2% is almost unheard of, and we are talking about her whole body average, on some parts she had less...it was just for competition, she is a fitness competitor who enjoys getting in shape for competition and after the event she returned back to around 10% and this is still very lean...2% made her face look weird...its amazing how much fat we store in our body...
