Unfortunately to you, about
25% of Russians live in Moscow and in Saint Petersburg. Othesr live in other million cities... like Kazan:
Sochi:
Yekaterinburg:
ect and so on.... The whole Russian population is about 140 millions and 99% of them live in these cities.
