not the only source of anti oxidants...berries have 10mmlol per 100g but dark 100% or 95% coco chololate has 15...pecans have the same as berries...but no carbs...
you will find lots of veggies with high sugars...do not eat them...what I said is not my opinion it is just fact...sugars are bad for most people...there is no reason to consume most of them...

Can we get a photo of your physique for reference? Its one thing to talk to the talk but lets see how lean you are with those lack of sugars. Also what denotes a "bad carb" seems like any and all carbs are bad in your opinion besides fiber.
