Do you have any idea of the amount of energy is expanded when youre swimming? He most certainly burns all those calories and glycogen. 1 hour of swimming will spend about 700-1000 calories lol. You legit have no clue what youre talking about. Im 5'7 185lbs and eat 4500 calories a day and I dont swim for 3-4 hours a day. You have shown time and time again that you do not know squat about nutrition.
Youre very lean and it has nothing to do with what you eat...youre absolutely right /sarcasm
