Then the "victim" refuses to cooperate with a standard investigation of a crime. The only "witness" says it never happened. Feinstein didn't report this "heinous crime" to the authorities. And suddenly, at the last minute, there are all these reasons to stall a super court nominee.
Gee... what sane person could question the veracity of the claims given their politicization, their timing and the fact that no police agency would ever charge someone for... which are being used by the 3rd or 4th most insane Liberal Senator as capital to stall a supreme court nominee???

Now, get over the political crap. The question is: Is she telling the truth? As I have said, I think there should be an investigation and she should appear before the committee. If she refuses, then all of this should be dropped.
