naturally lean people saying "Carbs are OK" is bullshit...carbs are OK for exactly the amount of people you see on the streets with little to no fat...for the rest of the population, the proof is in the pudding...the truth is, carbs work well for very few people...
a low insulin lifestyle is the quickest and easiest way to fat loss...being that only insulin is responsible for storing fat...it is so simple that I do not believe there are actually counter arguments

210 pounds with 10% body fat? Post a pic because no one believes that shit. Let me guess...you also have a slim 30-inch waist. Throwing out those numbers says one of three things:
1. You are jacked beyond belief and built like a Sherman tank. Top 1 percentile jacked. Highly unlikely given your know-it-all behavior which shows how little you actually know.
2. You are 7 feet tall and thin.
3. You are not jacked at all and have exposed that by throwing out numbers which show your lack of knowledge on what realistic body composition numbers actually look like.
