Governments get weapons systems they develop from their own businesses or buy from countries they do NOT excpect to go to war with. Hello
logic is escaping to some here. US threatens China not only with tariffs and copyrights...BUT over islands in China Sea, Taiwan, help to North Korea and soon over treatement of Moslems and a host of other issues. And that was only this year....
So how would this logic go:
Hitler buing his planes from Boeing
Churchill buing his planes from Messerchmidt
Stalin buying his tanks form Hitler....
