You're focused on fructose for some strange reason. There are so many things that are bad for you can't possibly eliminate them from your diet unless you want to eat fucking bean sprouts and cabbage. That's boring. Everything is ok in moderation. Fuck your scientific knowledge. I had a giant bowl of ice cream before bed last night and I still have a six pack the next day and also I'm not dead. You can worry about fructose if you're guzzling a gallon of corn syrup daily. It's not necessary to worry about it if you eat a normal, healthy amount of fruit.
