simple solution would be (sort of) to do the same for own citizens as they do for immigrants
(job solutions, housing solutions etc.....)
biggest problem of young Europeans is becoming independent and moving out from parents
example being, in Croatia, average male gets married at around 30-31 years of age, all due to the fact he is in school/college until 25 and then desperately trying to save up money, get a job and move out by the time he is 30ish or more (apartment price per m2 is way over one month of average salary, which makes it impossible, and renting is half of average salary monthly)
so shortly said...
if you have a grandfather that married at 30+, father that married at 30+ and son about to marry at 30+.... that is practically one whole generation that got skipped, meaning that people are getting older and dying out
