The fall of birth rates is a good thing. Decreases overpopulation and conserves resources. Makes thing cheaper for everyone. Importing a bunch of idiots to do manual labor jobs is going to blow up in your face when that's all replaced by machines and robots. For example taxi driver is a job that may not exist in the future when we have self driving cars.
