Processed sugars are high in fructose...google highest sources of fructose...fructose is bad...dynamo keeps avoiding my question: why is inferior,less nutrient dense,fructose rich fruit good?
There are no studies that have been done to research whether frucose from processed sugar is worse than fructose from fruit because: fructose is fructose...they are THE SAME...
As for moderation, sure, if you work out you can get away with moderation, or if you have a fast metabolism...you could also smoke in moderation, but most people do not do well with moderation...
BUT
if you have the need to count calories in the first place: THEN YOU PROBABLY FUCKING CANT get away without gainig fat, BECAUSE YOU ARE FUCKING COUNTING CALORIES HELOOOO...my advice is rock solid...fructose = you fuck yourself for 20 seconds of oral pleasure...
