you can try to do it with
https://uptimerobot.com/ or
https://www.pingdom.com/ it will check every 5 minutes any url. You can search for keyword and its doesn't appear it will send you an email / sms. You can for example search for your affiliate ID to be sure that it appears on the link ;)
